To trigger this scene, you'll have had to have prompted K to make some creepy advances towards Amy. Very much only ever having seen K as a friend, and knowing he's a total perv, Amy is revolted by the idea. 

As K tries to make his move, Amy pushes him away, physically repulsed. She places her foot on his balls, pinning him to the bed and preventing him from getting up, but isn't sure what to do next.

In an attempt to punish him, she increases the pressure on K's balls and grinds her foot up and down. K's expression twists into a mix of pain and pleasure, and Amy isn't sure if the move is having the desired effect. As she desperately increases the speed and pressure of her movements, she notices a deformed smile cross K's lips.

Taken aback by the extent of his perversion, she resorts to a series of short, hard stomps. Much to her relief, that quickly wipes the smile from K's face. He attempts to shield his manhood, cupping his bruised testicles with one hand, but Amy's not about to let him get off that easily.

She stomps down again, crushing K's hand against his balls and breaking several of his fingers. He clutches his limp hand, shocked, but has little time to process things further, as Amy continues her relentless assault, crushing and grinding his balls until there's nothing left.
