The rowa burrowgrub is one possible result of the 'bug-juice' induced transformation of a male sapient life form. Most frequently found in hives who's territories include large tracts of soft-soil environments, these creatures hunt for new transformation subjects to help expand the hive. Targets are attacked by surprise, and defense is often impossible, as the burrowgrub is quick to impart its irreversibly transformative 'juice' into any available abdominal orifice. Sturdy clothing can impede an attack quite effectively, though porous materials may still allow sufficient 'bug-juice' to pass through to trigger transformation.
