Hello and a rather wet and rainy winter cheetah boing boing!

Writer's Block... and the plan to defeat it:

This cheetah has writer's block. Not the inability to write at all sort of writer's block, but the sort that keeps leading around in circles to the point that I can't quite keep related concepts or stories separate in my mind, leading to things like the previous short The Girls (Part 1), which honestly could have been a chapter of the main Destiny Explorer story line. I just can't think of anything new or interesting ideas relating to previously introduced stuff right now and it's frustrating me to no end.

BUT...

A recent encounter with the game Carnal Instinct offered me a solution. It reminded me of an old story of mine that was, at the time, the longest bit of writing I'd done. About half a novel, in fact. Not a full novel... because at the time I was so caught up with it that I didn't slow down to linger in the world and explore it any further than absolutely necessary. I'd always planned on reworking it into a full novel at some point. As circumstances seem to have it, now seems to be the perfect time to take a step back and spend some quality time in a completely different world and clear my brain up a bit.

SO...

I'm still going to be releasing two stories a month (on average now, as the amount of hours I've been working has made a fixed schedule a bit too difficult to meet, to be published when finished rather than on fixed days). One of these with be a new chapter of Destiny Explorer. The other will be set in that old world of mine, containing whatever I've completed in that month's time (chapters were and will be much shorter than DE, so I don't want to limit myself to just one per month). So, without further ado...
