I have an ender 3 stock. I am a spider high temp hot end and i seem to be having a hard time figuring out what parts i need to print

I have a couple of suggestion to further improve the HMv7 With the gantry for the Micro Swiss Direct Drive for the Ender 3. Make it a 2 part gantry without the beam that passes behind the hotend to join both sides. As the hot end is uniquely connected to the gantry for the MSDD E3 option it is not needed for rigidity and it's removal makes removing the entire Hero Me setup very easy. With it connected it is quite difficult and lengthy to get to the hot end for standard chores as you have to disassemble most of the HM to do that. Also I suggest that you add "Self Tapping Thread Inserts" for the Winnsin 5015 part cooling blower fans as the Knurled M3 hot press Inserts ones (OD M5) are too small and just fall through the hole. These self tappers are very snug and allow you to connect the fans via bolts from the outside rather than the other side (which is impossible and ends up in a catch 22 with other parts). https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004111782566.html Just some ideas ...

Component selection seems to be missing information regarding on which hotend mounts are made for TriangleLab TCHC TR6

Hey! I`m a little bit confused about choosing which STLs I need to match my hardware, anyone who can please help?

Are there any plans for mounting hardware for the BIQU b1 se plus? The b1 stl's either don't work for the se plus or I don't understand what I'm doing. Both are equally possible :)

I am attempting to mount a Gen 7 gantry adaptor to a 3DFused Master X-Carriage and I thought I needed to print "HMG7.2 3DFused Master X Carriage Gantry Adapter.stl" but I am not getting this stl file to match up to the Master X-Carriage. Is there another stl file I need to print instead?"

Are there any plans for support for the LGX revo micro kit? I would love to eliminate the short bowden tube as bondtech offers a direct adapter for the revo micro, but can't find a mounting solution. All I can find are separate mounting, not using the bondtech direct adapter. Love your work!

Andrew, sorry for duplicating my questions also in this thread, but you often mentioned the compatibility of HeroMe components across generations. I have a question: can I use cooling ducts from version 7 for version 6, or are there any potential airflow focal point mismatches? And if it is OK, from which version should I use duct offset checkers then? And one more question: what's the optimal way to install the endoscope mount in version 6? Is it possible to backport a model from version 7 for this purpose?

So I'm trying to get this setup on a Ender 3 Max Neo, but I cannot get the Gantry Adapter plate to line up with my Gantry plate, I've tried flipping and spinning it every possible way. Is there some secret to this or is there a secondary adapter for the Ender 3 Max Neo?

Almost 5 months since the last post/update. Anything coming or are we all just subscribed for the fun of it? Lol

is there a gantry adapter for Gen7 to fit on an upward facing linear rail. like in an ender 5 core xy conversion?

Andrew Soderberg

Yes, but it matters to know how the CoreXY belts are positioned as there are different gantry adapters for a couple of different Ender 5 CoreXY conversions. Did you purchase a kit, or follow an open source conversion? Which one?

I am trying to retrofit the Hero Me gen 7 onto a Ender 5 I am trying the Core XY conversion on Thingiverse by BoothBooth

I have now printed the carriage for the Mercury 1.1. While the carriage certainly looks like it will work. The fan ducts do not appear to be long enough. I checked the angle of the bend towards the hot end and it seems to be short by maybe ten mm. Is there some different way? I checked if there was a different base or something. there is not.

I printed the fans ducts in the Mercury file. they are the ones that are still not long enough
