Excellent update to the docs. More images the better.

Excellent update. Thank you!

C. S. Meigs

Thank you for your reply! I will try to get what I can to you asap! As for the measurements, the printer is CoreXY, would that greatly change the way I would go about it or stay the same? Apologize for taking up your time and if it's an obvious question.

Hello Andy, thanks for your work. I have a Biqu/BTT microprobe https://biqu.equipment/products/microprobe-v1-0-for-b1-printers-h2-extruders-ender-3 do I use the same configuration as in the bltouch? thanks in advance

Another questions sorry, do you know the screw size and length needed for the Dragon hotend using the 4 screws rather than the collar mount? They must be something like m2.5, m2 and m3 don't fit and the threads aren't very deep into the hotend so the size is probably gonna be important. If it's in the guide somewhere I must be missing it.

Andrew Soderberg

These screws typically are supplied with the hotend from the vendor. By going to phaetus.com to the Dragon page I find: M2.5 x 8mm Inner hexagon screws *4pcs

Im just starting my Hero-me journey and Im building the workbench stand. Where do the inserts go on the back plate? I have the bottom corners sorted and bolted into the base pieces

Andrew Soderberg

Ok, for Hero Me Gen7, no inserts are placed in the back plate of the workbench stand. The four 'inner' recessed M3 screw holes on the back side of the plate, match up to the back of the Hero Me Base and attach to the Hero Me Base where you will have the threaded inserts. Alternately you can also place the Gantry Adapter between the workbench back plate and the Base, and have longer M3 screws pass through the Gantry Adapter and into the back of the Hero Me Base. The back plate is typically a stand-in for the Gantry Adapter. The four additional 'outer' holes that are in the back plate are for use with the pre-printed Hero Me Pro kits (announced, but yet to be released) where the Base has a wider pattern and mounts from the front. When used with a Hero Me Pro, those holes would have threaded inserts placed in the plate from the front side.

Hi! What parts I need for Sovol SV06? I thought it would be a list for each printer in docs.

Andrew Soderberg

Ah sorry no. There are literally billions of combos. Start on page 27 of the doc and answer the questions, that will give you the info needed to find the parts in the Zip

@MediaMan3D I noticed an issue with the long gantry adapter for the Ender 3. Getting the screws in for the side clip seems to be impossible. If you mount it before then you cannot attach the base, but if you mount the base first then you cannot attach it to the E plate. A solution I found was to reverse the screws and holes for the clip. I reversed the holes in CAD and now I am able to mount everything correctly. I am not sure if there is something I was missing or this was an overlooked part of the design.

Andrew Soderberg

Ian, Thanks for spotting this. That is one of my oldest Gen7 Gantry Adapters. I have corrected it and a couple others related. I know you modeled your own fix, but here is a DropBox link to my revised versions in any case. These will be in the Hero Me gen7.4 release coming out later today for patrons. https://www.dropbox.com/s/k65zz4w62a2kefx/HMG7.4_Ender_3-Pro-CR-10_Gantry_Adapters.zip?dl=0

Do you have an extruder mount to relocate the Kobra Max Stock extruder?

Hi! First of all thanks for this great Project. I'm about to print all the needed files for my setup, but must admit that i'm a little confused which "Hotend Mount" i should use. I have a E3D V6 Replica hotend, could you kindly guide me to the correct file? THX themmm

Is this compatible with the BIQU Micro Probe? Which mount do I need to use if it is?

First! - Really liking the new design! I haven't played with it since ver 4 or 5... :-)

Is there a possibility of getting something cool for the SV04 Sovol?
