So you all have read a 'decent' chunk of the flirting stuff in the story.  Too much? Take some out? It's fine?

When I was his age I’d flirt with every attractive female I’d meet so this seems natural to me. Mind you it was the 80s and people were generally friendlier then today. The other aspect is that so far he’s only interacted with barmaids, adventurers and the like. These groups are much more likely to be up front with their interest. Had he flirted with others, say a noble daughter, things would be very different.

it makes me unconfortable, because he's 17 years old or whatever, being hit on by 50 year old women that level of power and experience imbalance is really weird
