Ok - Going to ask for your opinion - Looking for a cover idea for book 5 and I've narrowed it down to two choices. I'll ask on my discord and here (maybe Royal Road / Not 100% certain).

Fire is more common used, because a lot of demons or similiar are shown with fire. Alone the well known Balrog (not exactly elemantal) from LotR or Ragnaros the Firelord (WoW) will make it difficult, to show something different with fire. (Of course not knowing your image from FIre elementals.. buuut.. speaking for my mind here) Kraken in my eyes are difficult to draw to not looking "silly" and really dangerous. But a good angle and design ..i would prefer this option.
