So Whistlin Willy's I feel is kind of like Chuck E. Cheese's or maybe now Dave and Busters. You're not going because it's the best food, you're going so that the kids (or you) can play games for a few hours, and while youre there you can also have some food. Or id say Hooters is pretty much that same thing. I've only been once, and I've had better wings, but the guys are going because the scenery is nice. I'd personally rather see a bunch of 300 pound men working there, cause I know the foods going to be good, and I don't care if I've got sauce, and blue cheese all in my beard. But yeh lots of time, to different degrees, people go the restaurant for the experience just as much if not more so than for the food. Especially kids.
