Ethel Drop (Patreon)

Hello!

First of all, there's gonna be some extra renders in the archive, in the shorts folder!

Ok now that thats out of the way, last blog post I said I was gonna remake another model and the character is Ethel . Ethel is one of the earliest models I did ( I think it was 3rd behind Pyra and Nia) and she was in need of one.

Another reason I made her was because I wanted to make a drop animation and didn't wanted to repeat characters, so I needed a character with big ones , I could have used poppi but idk perhaps I'll do something with her later.

I think I managed to make a proper drop animation, messing with physics simulations can be hard but I though I was at a point that I could actually make it work and I think I succeeded , also this short has audio, wanted to add more umpf to the drop and I think audio was needed for that.

I gave her a simple fit to try to make the simulations, making her have a complicated outfit might have been hard for a first time exercise but I kinda dig the look, I'm a fan of skin tight t-shirts on girls haha.

Also tried to make a swimsuit outfit for her with my modelling skills( or my lack of modelling skills). I didn't know what I was doing so I stopped working on it  and I wasn't sure if physics sims would work well so I went with something more conventional, well now I can say is the sims could have worked if she opened her swimsuit from the sides.

Finally, Gonna render a VR version of it cause why not
