In our next podcast episode, we'll be looking back at some of the gimmicks Nintendo has included in previous hardware (for example: HD Rumble, glasses-free 3D, built-in cameras) and debating which may make actually make a return with the Switch 2. As we all know, Nintendo loves to hold onto an idea for years until they feel the time is right or the technology has matured! 

Is there a gimmick from the past that you'd like to see in the new system, or one you feel very confident that Nintendo will be bringing back? Is there a gimmick from another company they should consider? Leave a comment and we will read a few in our next episode of the podcast!

My joke answer? Bring back R.O.B.! Perhaps it can wheel over your switch if you're too lazy to get off the couch and grab it :)

I think the biggest or at least longest running gimmick is duel screen. It would be great if they could incorporate dual screen in some way. I would like to see that the dock acts like a mini switch and you can you the switch 2 as another screen for certain games. the only thing I could see them not doing this, is the possibility of people trying to mod the dock.
