Hi and welcome to another special episode of the Kit & Krysta Podcast! Today, we are joined by another amazing guest - Gene Park. Gene is the games writer for The Washington Post and he has so much knowledge about the state of video game journalism and what the future will look like for games media. Gene also has a ridiculous amount of access, probably more than most game journalists to the inner workings of Nintendo so he shares some stories about what it's been like interviewing Nintendo developers and getting early access to the biggest Nintendo games. Gene is an incredible person who has shared so much about himself. We're huge fans of him and we hope you are too. Also in this episode, we finished Final Fantasy 16 and share our final thoughts on the ending, don't worry, no spoilers. We also dig into Nintendo's recent financials and share some light thoughts on the Pokemon Showcase. We wrap it all up with questions from our incredible Patreon community. Lots of good stuff coming up!

Kit ! You can get Diablo IV on steam deck ! Takes a bit to set up (30mins-1 hour) but it runs like a charm! You can find a tutorial on YouTube !

Very cool interview. Interesting question about cancer. I've had two long-term health battles, one cancer. Games were a big part of maintaining my mental health through each fight. They kept (mostly) my attention from spiraling into self pity, and reinforced my resolve. My 3DS was always with me, with a huge micro SD and 168 games . ACNL kept me calm. My WiiU managed my home recovery 😀 I played with family and strangers through both systems, and had an awesome time driving around looking for street pass locations.
