These characters are for the customer's novel. They do have some interesting concepts and that makes it really fun to design them XD

For example, that cat girl is based on a sphinx cat that has no fur at all. That's why she's bald like that 🤣

I'm glad you have fun designing them, Boss! I always love seeing what you come up with from my concepts, too! For anyone curious, the first one, Fabia (scylla lady), and third one, Maximillian (man in a hat), are the parents of one my series' main characters, a girl named Bosa. I wanted them both to have an aquatic feeling, and Fabia was somewhat meant to look like an older, more conservative Bosa. I really love how her dress turned out! For Maximillian, I bluntly asked Tostantan to make him look like a rejected JoJo's character. He's Bosa's adoptive father, so they didn't need to share any physical traits, but I wanted him to exude the same toughness as Bosa. The basic idea for his color scheme was that if Fabia was to symbolize the sea, then Maximillian represents the beach. The second character is a bartender named Felix. He actually appeared at the end of the first volume in my series, but I wasn't sure how far I wanted to go with this series and didn't request a design for him back then. 😅 He's meant to be just a basic, solemn bartender, and he gets his name from a similar character in a short story I wrote a long time ago. I got the idea for the last one, Tabitha (the bald cat girl), when I saw an illustration of a cat girl without hair, so I thought it would be funny to write a character like that. I expected her to come out a lot less appealing, but somehow the Boss manages to make even the worst ideas look good, so I'll have think of something truly awful next time. I wanted her to look sporty beneath her big coat, and while I initially envisioned something closer to a parka, Tostantan came up with a coat so stylish I want one for myself. She's meant to be colored like a calico, almost out of envy, and as stated, she was modeled after a sphinx cat.
