When tim made the 湯呑み/You Know Me gag, my jaw was agape, because that was the exact same goof I wrote on my Japanese flashcard for Uni, like, a decade ago to memorize the word! Where else am I going to hear a joke like that but Insert Credit??

@Brandon I have the 8BitDo SN30 Pro 2 and it's great, don't know what Tim was going on about. It has paddles and it's sturdy. My only gripe is i can't turn the console on with it, otherwise it's good for my Switch and playing Playstation/Switch games on my Macbook

The PC should be erased from this list. It was not originally conceived as a primary gaming machine. As an aside, gaming PCs are still only available to the more fortunate; not to say that consoles are cheap but they are more accessible to those on a budget. Not that cost should factor into the comparison but PCs are still a rich kid thing. Obviously that will change soon as we're REALLY close to having cloud PCs become more mainstream. I have Geforce Now account and I sure did play some Guijan III and enjoyed it quite a bit. Building your own gaming PC is too expensive and in the future will probably turn into a hobbyist pursuit. If you want to build one, then fine but I'll have a cloud option at a fraction of the price. Also, PCs are annoying and you have to constantly fiddle with them. Anyway, this show was so great! Thank You! I kinda feel like the switch is a little too low, and that might change in a few years if we get a few more games like Astral Chain. When you (Brandon) find a suitable controller for action games, go ahead and chill with that Astral Chain if you want. Sorry for the long message!

No mention of the Gizmondo? Wow, elitist much?

(brandon:) my big issue with the PC is that the hardware is not consistent, and direct-x is just a framework. it's not purpose-built for games - a lot of games are made just for it, but games aren't The Thing It Does.
