//I'm really excited to reveal a lovely project that I've been working on for a few weeks: My sims stripclub 🖤 Here I'll be posting the hetero version, but on my Loverslab file after the release you'll find a gay version of it too! ((If you want it now, please let me know so I'll post that version too, but I though that maybe my patreon audience is mostly here for the hetero stuffs lol))

-So:

1. It's a pretty big lot, 40x30, and I've placed it in Newcrest, but you can place it anywhere else in a 40x30 lot. It's also a pretty big file, a little over 1 GB, sorry about that, but you know I love luxury and decorations 😇

2. It has two floors, the main floor being the strip club, and upstairs you'll find some private rooms for dancing and a bedroom in case you'll want to also have a brothel (you can make a brothel out of a strip club using Nisa's mood, I'll leave a link down below for that).

3. Ofc that I'm also going to give you some strippers for it 😜 You'll have 3 new cuties to hire at your club this next week! And I'll be releasing more here on Patreon, and afterwards on Loverslab.
