[PREVIEW] RetroAhoy: Monkey Island (Act One) (Patreon)

I have some work-in-progress for you: the first third of the next RetroAhoy installment (featuring one of my all-time favourites, The Secret of Monkey Island). This portion covers the early history of adventure games, the formation of LucasFilm Games - everything up to SOMI's release, essentially.

The final video will probably end up being an hour long or so, in the vein of the Doom/Quake videos. Another two acts to produce yet, along with an intro/outro.

Vlog to follow very soon. Still catching up in the wake of moving house!

Just a heads up, it says "Doom" at 9:50 instead of "Habitat". But great video nonetheless. You always have the best videos, I look forward to every one.

Your long form documentary series are really well done an researched. Your style of editing g is industry grade stuff and should really be up for some kind if award or recognition.

When i saw the [preview] i thought like, okay so it’s probably like a 1-3min teaser, cool. I was very pleasantly surprised! Awesome quality, love the hour longs and can’t wait as secret of monkey island is one of my favourites of all time!
