Here's the officialy Sly Flourish Patreon Newsletter for March 2020!

This month I have a special treat for the patrons of Sly Flourish: Regnum Ratus: The Rats in the Cellar! This ten-page adventure, intended to be played with one dungeon master and one to five characters of 1st level, can take characters up to 5th level as they explore the strange and ancient caverns beneath the Gentle Willow Inn. It's full of strange places to explore, people to meet, and horrid beasts to battle. You'll find cultists, grimlocks, undead, and, of course, rats!

This adventure was made possible by you fine backers with art by Dean Spencer and an awesome map by Daniel Walthall. Download it here and play it tonight! If you find any errors that need fixing, add a comment or send me an email to mike@mikeshea.net and I'll fix them up and re-upload it.

Thanks to your patronage we now have a Sly Flourish weekly newsletter. This newsletter sends you the latest Sly Flourish article straight to your inbox every Monday morning.

This month I had two really fun interviews. The first was with Shawn Merwin on Down with D&D talking about the D&D Essential's Kit. The second was with Tim Ludy talking about the business behind Sly Flourish and the books I write. If you ever want to hear about how the sausage gets made for Sly Flourish, this is the podcast for you.

This past month I also finished a nine-episode one-on-one D&D game with my friend Enrique Bertran as we ran through the D&D Essential's Kit adventure Dragon of Icespire Peak. This is the first liveplay D&D campaign I've ever done and I was so happy with the results. You can find the whole playlist of all episodes here.

Your patronage also helped support the following Sly Flourish articles and videos.

Typos in Rats in the Cellar, page 3: In the first column here, Eli's son is Xavier; in the second he's Jess. Also, surely Eli was once an "eclectic adventurer" rather than an "eclectic adventure", no?
