Just making sure all of y'all saw this.

PS: Please enjoy this fine example of Southern American English's unique variants on the personal pronoun. "You" - Singular 2nd person. "Y'all" - Plural 2nd person, not necessarily inclusive of 100% of the group. "All of y'all" - Plural 2nd person, inclusive of 100% of the group.

Lol. I live in Georgia. All I can say is oh my. Its really hard to take some of these fine folk seriously and not laugh when they start talking. First thing that comes to mind is "Sling Blade" lol Anyway, the calendar is an excellent idea I Reckon.

I see you have that Wizard review for Jan. Flew mine around a few times. Pulled the motor guards off so I don't have to struggle with props and.... smoke. *shrug* Antenna was plugged in... nice and snug. Now I don't get power to anything. Guessing my PDB is cooked and hopefully nothing else. Would be happy to send you observations and issues I ran into out of the box.

For sure, let me know your experience. I honestly don't have high hopes, but people are practically begging me to review it, so I guess I'll give it a go.

Hey Josh, I'm Nick's friend with the Wizard having issues with the VTX. Pretty much everything Javier mentioned was the same on mine. To be honest this thing would be amazing for the price if quality control was where it should be, here's the problems I've had: - Loose screws - stand-offs were stripped from the factory, so I had to put on a new set - One of the ESCs blew in-flight on my first aggressive flip resulting in a hard crash. Frame held up perfectly but got about 45 seconds of FPV flight time before a new set of BLHeli_S ESCs had to be ordered. - Yaw rate set to 0, like Javier I luckily caught this on my LOS maiden. - Camera is truly awful in anything but perfect lighting conditions - Something up with VTX connection that's causing the power loss. I've moved the copter around all different ways and shook the heck out of it and wasn't able to replicate on the bench, so I've just got some higher-end components on the way. The Good: - Frame is really solid, and parts for it are stupid cheap. Motors seem OK but to be honest I haven't flown anything truly high-end to compare it to. - Flight controller is great, and for me and my "feel" the default PIDs aren't bad, just set my preferred rates and expo - BLHeli_S ESCs are super smooth...assuming the factory ones hold up or you don't get a defective one. - I personally like the motor guards, and after screwing the nuts on and off a few times the nyloc insert loosens up and it gets easier to put on props even with the guards in place. I don't regret the purchase at all, but would I do it again...no. I paid $129 for the kit, and had another $60 in replacement ESCs, $60 VTX (TBS Unify Pro HV), $35 cam (HS1177), with another $60 in backup parts on the way from Banggood just in case. So I'm at a little over $300 invested (Not including the TX/RX which I already had) to make sure it's a reliable and fun flyer. I'm sure I could have done better/cheaper just going DIY with component parts from the start. Looking forward to your impressions!!

Thanks for the feedback. I think the $300 price point gets a lot less impressive if you consider you could get a Shuriken X1 for the same price... no controller though.
