The love stories in this show are well-developed and often underrated. Each main character is driven by their newfound love. Irving will seek out Bert, even though the Bert on the outside is different from the one he fell for. Innie Mark is motivated to survive for Helly, despite Outie Mark wanting to quit, which would effectively end Innie Mark's existence. Helly's potential ties to Lumon could jeopardize her relationship with Mark. Dylan's desire to see his son again fuels his actions. These powerful motivations add depth to the characters. This show is brilliant, and I hope it gains more popularity.
