This one is going to be slightly controversial. Floating Weapon is gone! But in its place is a new school of magic, Telekinesis, which currently has several weapon manipulation spells.

Im planning to add some more telekinetic spells in the school, but its late at the moment so Ill just post what I have to get some feedback. Feel free to make suggestions!

First order of business is also probably going to involve making the mana cost of these spells scale with the stamina cost of those weapons. Right now it heavily favors using heavy weapons like the Hammer due to their high damage stat, but their high stamina cost is not yet reflected. Still, it should be fun thwacking people while tied up securely :3

- Targeting reticule now changes depending on action (attack, move, interact, pass, etc)

- Removed Floating Weapon; replaced with new Telekinesis spell category

- New spells: Recover Object, Kinetic Slash, Sagitta, Kinetic Lance, Psychokinesis

- Tweaked positioning of ropes for boxtie, strict Ropework

- Fixed Inertia perk not allowing diagonal 90 degree turns
