His name is Mike Ehrmantraut. The writers were quite nimble because Jesse's aunt's house was sold in real life and they could no longer use it. Then later, after remodeling, they were able to film there again. Pizza was thrown onto roof in one take. It was not sliced, but that will be resolved in another episode, as the writers leave no stone unturned.

I think Jessie under cutting the price was a little scummy. But then again his parents were breaking the law as well by not disclosing there was a meth lab in the basement, as in they were committing fraud. So neither of them were right in this situation, but Im going to side more with Jessie because the house use to belong to his Aunt before she died of cancer. Jessie claimed he use to take care of her before she died and she allowed him to stay there. But after she died the property was left to her sister aka his mom.
