New Monthly Subscription model (for new patrons) (Patreon)

Hey!

I've just switched from Patreon's old subscription system to the new one they just announced.

NOTE: This affects only new patrons. Old patrons will continue to get charged normally on the 1st day of the month.

From now on any new patrons will be charged at the moment they pledge, and then again 1 month later, on the same day of the next month.

So basically, it now works similar to any other subscription based website on the internet, for all new pledges!
