Patron PSA: Discord Names (Patreon)

Hey Everyone, Swindle here with just a small little message too keep you all aware of. It seems that Discord is rolling out that name change hardcoe, which is forcing alot of your discord names to be out of date on your patreon profiles.

So if you wouldn't mind keeping your profiles up to date with your new discord names as its easier to cross reference and contact people especially when/if you join the server when the discord name matches whats on your profile.
