Here is the form to pick your The Challenge World Championship Captain for week 8 and any replacements if you lost anyone in elimination or DQ'd. Remember: Captains have to already be part of your team. Also you can't pick the same player 2 weeks in a row. So whoever was your captain last week is ineligible.

If you didn't lose anyone this week you do NOT have to pick any players at the bottom of the sheet.

If you had Amber, Ben, Benja and/or Jodi please choose a replacement(s) for your team. If you had Amber or Jodi you can choose any woman MTV Legend as a replacement. And if you had Ben or Benja you can choose any man Global MVP as a replacement.
