Hey, everyone! Here is the fantasy form to pick your captains for Week 5 of The Challenge World Championship.

Remember: Captains have to already be part of your team. Also you can't pick the same player 2 weeks in a row. So whoever was your captain last week is ineligible.

Since we were left off on a cliffhanger where no one was eliminated; no replacements will need to be chosen. Only decision to make this week is picking your captain for the week! Good luck!
