I'd say it's fine. Though probably should be more of an enticement than the full thing. Like if you post some of the images, then just post the normal one, but mention in the description that patreons get nude and futa edits. Would probably bring more people in.

Nothing seems too out of the ordinary from others. Maybe do the image tease to attract more people if you feel comfortable with that, but otherwise go for it.
