Discord Server Work (Patreon)

Hey guys. If you were removed from the server but are actively still pledging to me. It is because at some point you changed your Discord name and the bot did not register the updated name therefore not connecting you to the server role you should be for.

Just redo the Discord integration and you should be in fine. I apologize for the inconvenience.
