Feye the Voidcaster (Patreon)

Feye is my Sonic OC that I never really had lore for until now. So, here's some fun facts about Feye.

• Feye is known as a Voidcaster. A Voidcaster is an individual that weilds an strange item known as a Voidmoon and has access to unique abilities and powers.

• A Voidmoon is a crystal embedded in her forehead that acts as a connection to the edge of the universe, known as the Void, where creatures beyond comprehension reside that Voidcasters have labeled Essences. It appeared on the world randomly one day and overtime, the concept of the Voidcaster came to be.

• There is only one Voidmoon and it is passed down from Master to disciple when the Master believes their disciple is ready and they are reaching the end of their life. The Disciple becomes a Voidcaster when they link with an Essence.

• A Voidcaster will train their body, mind and soul to link to one of the Essences in order to gain access to the phenomenal powers of the Void. If they are not strong enough, their bodies will cease to exist and the Essence will return back to the Void.

• When an Essence links to the Voidcaster, the Essence can use the body of the Voidcaster to roam the world. If a malicious Essence gets to a Voidcaster, it can lead to disaster if the Essence is able to take over the body and the body is strong enough to hold them.

• Not all Essences are malicious but a vast majority are. Finding an Essence that will work with a Voidcaster is an arduous task.

• Because of the Voidmoon's ability to access such a domain, the Voidcaster acts as a guardian to the crystal to ensure nobody malicious ever gets the crystal.

• Feye has a strong friendship with the Essence that resides within her. Her essence gives her access to powers of the Void, mostly warping space. However, because of the intensity of these powers, Feye has to be careful with its usage and can tire out very quickly.
