Good morning folks. Sorry for going over the schedule there. But I've finished the latest render for the various live-stream Mordhau highlights - Random Mordhau Bullshittery

Let me know if you spot any whoopsies. I think I've caught all the mistakes. But as always there's plenty of time for a cheeky re-render. And I hope you like it.

So with this one, you can see the structure as I mentioned before, with it going duels - big battles - duels again. I've also combined the clips together so that the same maps usually appear in the same area of the edit, to keep a consistent colour pallet. Which I felt looked easier on the eye than simply hard-cutting randomly.

You can also see what I meant with the duel tags appearing, showing who's on-screen (something not usually done in a bullshittery), in a stylised Germanic font. Also showing precisely who won the duel.

I felt this was useful because the centre of motion was often the middle of the screen. And yet the characters move very quickly, in such a way that subtitled text would be hard to read. Therefore I opted to keep it simple.

Lastly, throughout the video, most of the text uses some form of masking (cutting out) to appear behind the weapons and shields in my character's hands. Whilst not immediately noticeable, it was really noticeable when the text didn't have masking. As it would not be obscured if I raised my shield, or weapon, making it seem glued to the front of the screen and not the character.

I did want to do that process for their weapons too, whenever the opponent swung them. But that probably would have been going to far in the edit, as it would require near-constant frame-by-frame masking for the whole video.

So yes, let me know what you think below. What works and what doesn't.

Also getting a bit gushy briefly, can I just say an extremely sincere thank you for all the kind support you've been giving me over the years, folks. It was last night after a VR stream that I felt sat back and felt overwhelmed, and just so extremely moved by how generous everyone has been to me. Filling me with a sense of gratefulness that I know I stand no chance of ever being able to repay. Thank you so very much everyone!
