Crimson Dragon - WIP (Patreon)

I have not taken time to paint a nice illustration is so long, I really miss just painting instead of linearting XD  

Anyways, here is a quick color test WIP of an illust I want to do. Whenever I make these illustrations, I usually take more freedom with the color palette in order to make the whole composition more interesting (that's why the dragon looks more gold than red and Kyro has more blue on him). 

I'm trying to not get too married to this (bc I love Kyro's moody attitude in this image but I should be focusing on the comic). XD
