Sneak Peek #17: Club Update Spotlight - Griffin & A Special Guest... (Patreon)

With the first dev build for the club update growing closer, I'd like to highlight the two main characters in the update, beginning with the new guy, Griffin. Today I have a new side character from his storyline to introduce, and then I have three interesting CGs to share.

I'll give my usual warning—the CGs are not insignificant spoilers, so if you'd rather wait to find them in-game, this is your cue to skip past this post! 

Let's get it started!

New Side Character - Lachlan

Lachlan is another bartender at Atelier 54 and a friend of Griffin. They have an agreement—if one of them has someone...er something else they want to do instead of working, the other will cover for them while they bounce.

Lachlan plays a very minor role in the update, but he still qualified as a potential option for a Grind'm hookup! He's one of the guys featured in the poll to decide who's getting the first hookup—and based on the results so far, it seems he proved popular with a number of Graduates...

Storyline CGs - Griffin

And now we venture into the thick of things. Final warning that spoilers are ahead—though I don't expect that'll deter many of you 😉

I'm presenting these three CGs without much commentary. Instead, I'm including sections of dialogue from the scenes being depicted. I think you'll find that events can take some intriguing turns if you follow certain story threads...

CG #1

Griffin doesn't smoke anymore, but he still takes the breaks with an unlit cig in hand. Old habit.

"I’m serious. I’m also a stranger who hangs out in dark alleys who’s about to take you to a second location. And nobody knows where you went."

"Right. Yeah. A little dangerous."

"It’s not too late to back out. If you’re scared."

"I'm not scared."

He’s leaning in close to me, a devious grin on his face. Whispering now.

"Maybe you should be."

CG #2

Small world—Griffin also knows Matt. As it turns out, pretty well.

"This is from a couple months ago. The only good one I could get that day."

This isn’t just a selfie. That’s them holding each other in bed. Where Matt is shirtless. And both of their hair is kind of messy.

"I couldn’t stop laughing because he kept doing those stupid model faces he thinks are sexy, heh."

"...He does model faces?"

CG #3

There's more than just selfies of Matt on Griffin's phone. 

His hand is trembling a little as he unbuttons his jeans. But he also suddenly seems much more confident.

"Look at you smoldering for the camera."

"Shut up."

"It’s sexy."

"Yeah?"

"Yeah. Keep doing it."
