Very underrated field. Been looping this for the past two days after my main stack. I started to appreciate things that I haven't before, for example information that i'm currently learning in university. Sounds ridiculous especially with subject that I really hate lol. Quick tip: try focusing on the field while it's playing (or even meditate) and try appreciating things that you already have (for example being grateful that you're alive, be proud of who you are etc..).
