Gallstones are hardened deposits of digestive fluid that can form in your gallbladder, which is a small, pear-shaped organ on the right side of your abdomen, just beneath your liver. They can vary in size and may cause significant health issues if they block the bile ducts.

Gallstones are formed from components of bile, including cholesterol and bilirubin. There are two main types of gallstones:

Cholesterol Stones: Accounting for about 80% of gallstones. They form when there is too much cholesterol in the bile. Factors contributing to their formation include obesity, high cholesterol diets, and liver disorders.

Pigment Stones: Smaller and darker, made from excess bilirubin. They are more common in people with conditions that cause increased breakdown of red blood cells, such as sickle cell anemia or cirrhosis.

Most people with gallstones (about 80%) are asymptomatic. However, when a gallstone obstructs the bile duct and causes acute cholestasis, a reflexive smooth muscle spasm often occurs, resulting in an intense cramp-like visceral pain in the right upper part of the abdomen known as a biliary colic (or "gallbladder attack"). This happens in 1–4% of those with gallstones each year. Complications from gallstones may include inflammation of the gallbladder (cholecystitis), inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), obstructive jaundice, and infection in bile ducts (cholangitis). Symptoms of these complications may include pain that lasts longer than five hours, fever, yellowish skin, vomiting, dark urine, and pale stools.

In developed countries, 10–15% of adults experience gallstones. Gallbladder and biliary-related diseases occurred in about 104 million people (1.6% of people) in 2013 and resulted in 106,000 deaths. Gallstones are more common among women than men and occur more commonly after the age of 40. Gallstones occur more frequently among certain ethnic groups than others. (Wikipedia)

The idea behind this field is to breakdown any gallstones you may have (both types).

My recommendation is to use it up to 5 times per session.
