A new character in the grand cyberfantasy story enters the scene!

A halfling with little in the way of luck one day finds a strange amulet in his possession. Being led along by the mysterious trinket, he discovers a peculiar broken clock with a humming of magic. Instinctively, he presses the trinket into a perfectly-shaped slot and his life is changed forever...

Drasil is a young man with the unfortunate luck to be able to see into possible immediate futures around him. These futures visually manifest as tree-like branches that only he can see. Seeing too many futures at once puts a great strain on his mind, while focusing on one in particular can lead him into deep amounts of detail.

As a result, Drasil has a tendency to space out and avoid crowds, hurriedly making his way from place to place. However this curse is not without its perks, as he uses his newfound perceptiveness to gain the upper-hand against those who might try to hurt him.

And now that he possesses the power that was sealed in that clock, he just made a lot of new enemies...
