Dadarismus on Twitter did her take on a fusion between Kiwi Topaz and Apatite, you can find it here. Normally I wait until people request a fusion from the Goal Rewards section on the left side, but I also accept art trades from fans who do their take on a fusion between any of my gems and their own. 

This artist isn't one of the regulars who keeps up with the blog and art (as far as I know) but seeing them suddenly create something as cute as this really made me happy, so I felt like doing my own version too c:
