Please read description! Invitation to Discord (Patreon)

Hi everyone! I made a new Discord server to post some of my riskier art there. Patreon is changing and I don't want to get into trouble because my characters have slightly bigger eyes than they think is acceptable. So I was looking around for a new place to share art. A friend recommended making a Discord server for patrons like some other artists do.

I have added a bot to the server which should automatically send you an invite if you're a patron and you have your Patreon and Discord accounts linked, and give you the 'Patron' role to see the new pics. :)

-Get a Discord account. It's easy, free and quick and it's a good program! The browser version is probably enough, but you may prefer the app version of discord (it's free). https://discord.com/

-Once you have a Discord account leave it open and go to Patreon. On the top right corner of the page point at (don't click) your profile picture (it's a circle) and in the drop down menu click on 'My profile settings'.

-In your Profile settings click on 'Apps' and you should see the option to link your Patreon and Discord accounts. Click on it while Discord is running.

-The two accounts should be automatically connected, but you might need to give it your discord name (I had to). You find your name in Discord in the lower left corner. Mine is Tomson#3973

-If you're a patron a bot should automatically invite you to my server and give you the 'Patron' role once the accounts are linked. You're done if that happens. Let me know if that doesn't happen and I'll try to fix the problem as soon as possible! :)

Once all of this is done just choose the 'Tomson's Art server and enjoy the new and future art there! :D I will eventually post most of the pics to Pixiv for everyone, but if you want to see it early and you're a patron you can find them there first.

IF YOU ARE NOT INVITED TO THE 'TOMSON'S ART' SERVER or you don't get the 'Patron' role (making your name blue in the Discord server) try to UNLINK and RELINK your discord channel with patreon. If that doesn't work send me a message here with your Discord name. I'll invite you and give you the Patron role as soon as possible. :)

Sorry for the inconvenience! I just can't post some of my work here and this seems to be the best solution. Let me know what you think! :D If this doesn't work for you I'm open for suggestions.
