Has Bralik had some sort of tattoo trauma in his past? He is so offended by the Blanca tat. I'm glad AJ went to therapy after he started talking suicide. What has always bothered me about this episode is Tony and Carmela expecting him to snap too right away. Getting over someone is a process that takes time. AJ shouldn't be put on some unrealistic timetable. My favorite line from Chris this episode is when he says that Tony pours you a drink with one hand and judges you with the other. Tony and Paulie were the two guys with the biggest issues with his addiction, and they are the worst saboteurs of his recovery. When they are at the cookout, Tony has the gall to say to Chris to show some balls. If he wants to drink, too bad he can't. That's a balls statement from someone with no discipline when it comes to women, food, and taking out his aggression on people whenever he's angry or frustrated.

Christopher is without a doubt my favorite character in this show and this episode is exactly why. As flawed, impulsive, and dangerous as he can be when he's off his rockers, he actually has a genuine good heart and simply wants to make a life worth living for himself as broken as he is inside. You see him try to do right by the people he loves only to be stabbed in the back by people who don't share the same undying loyalty he has to his others. While I don't think having those random black guys throw Little Paulie out the window was the right thing to do, he does have a legitimate beef and is trying to do right by his father in law. I would've capped Paulie after the lawn incident but Christ handles things very maturely and even goes out of his way to make amends with Paulie, just for him to shit on him in front of everybody. He should've killed Paulie imo. It's sad his lifestyle alienates him from people like Adriana and his Law & Order friend because they're probably the only people that genuinely care about him; but he's in the mafia so he can't be completely transparent with them. He's one of those guys that has so much potential to be a good person but is born into this shitty life with these shitty vices that leave him with no way out. Imo he's more compelling of a character than Tony.
