Kendall's a POS and doesn't deserve the crown. When he ripped open Roman's stitches, that was the most vile thing on the show. None of them deserve it.

Can’t believe it’s over man. As a team Kendall member I was coping hard at the ending but I’ve processed it and accepted it. 1. Kendall is finally free. He’s becoming Ewan who will take over the role of the rich outsider who crashes out on thanksgiving with Tom and Shiv. 2 Roman is also free, he accepts who he is and is very self aware of that. 3 Shiv becomes her mother living in a hellish Cold War with her husband where the power dynamic has completely switched now. She has the worst ending. 4 Connor has the best ending because he was never involved with Logan or his company. 5. Tom is who he always will be. Ready to serve but will never have any actual power. It’s a sad ending though because we all wanted them to be together in the end, but because of their upbringing that was never going to happen. Shiv did it because she could not see her brother win, that much has been confirmed by the creator at least. ,best reaction of this show! I’ll keep watching in the future!

It was when Kendall put his feet on the desk that Shiv flipped. You can play it back and see it on her face. She just couldn’t stomach him winning. And of course, this keeps Tom from leaving her and gives her child an intact family and a possible future at the company. So those reasons actually make sense for her.

The Best Pal following behind Kendal like the Specter of Guilt & Death is the most appropriate ending Kendall could hope for. And Shiv being locked in a Loveless marriage about to give birth, & Turn into Her Mother, is the best ending for her.

This would have never worked. We have seen time and time again that they can't really work together because they are always thinking about themselves and not what is good for the company. They are all selfish and have huge egos, they would have eventually burnt each other and the company to the ground. Kendall is a drug addict and needs to work on that before he can really be successful at anything else, he wasn't the man for the job. Mattson is better because he is very similar to Logan, I think Logan saw that when they had their meeting last season which is why Mattson was able to convince Logan to sell. Logan never felt comfortable handing power over to his kids which is why he never did. Tom worked his ass off harder than any of the kids and was willing to go to prison so he earned the title even if it is only a front. Team Tom Wambsgans all day!!

tom wambsgans, baby! CEO of waystar (and swallowing his own load) he worked so hard, sacrificed a lot and took so much shit. he deserves it and i think shiv’s decision makes a lot of sense in retrospect. i think the finale definitely grows on you and you come to realize it was probably the only outcome that worked. it was never meant to have a happy ending, the creator has stated it was always going to be a tragedy and i think the writers killed it. i love ken and wanted to see him win so bad but i think it would have been a disaster with him as ceo with his ego, manic behavior, addiction issues etc and the real win for him is to just get out, be happy, focus on his mental health and spend time with his kids! all in all, one of my all time favorite shows and i’ve loved rewatching it with yall :)
