Ciao! Ciao! Ciao per tutti! This Nyotengu is the dream of our dreams! *-* I was expecting some classic pose, but this bikini version (let's be honest, like a Beach Queen) surpasses some wild imagination. I was expecting her since 2020, so I am very, very happy! Thank you so much for appreciating my poem for you. It took me 1h to compose. Raw poetry, my favorite. Okay. Now the promised classical recipe: Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. Andiamo! This is a delicious dish which looks simple, but there's some secrets that I will reveal to you. Gnocchi alla Sorrentina is made in every home in Campania (the southern Italian province whose capital is Napoli), and now all over the world. Let's start! The gnocchi: buy frozen or do yourself. In case of doing it yourself, these are my tips: They are made from potato, so use big, beautiful yellow potatoes (8-9 for 2 people). To make the right dough it should be dry, so bake them in the oven. Use a rectangular pan and put in it a layer of coarse salt. Wash the potatoes, dry them with a towel, then make many holes in them with a knife (so the moisture can come out more easily). Put the potatoes next to each other on the salt. Cover with aluminium foil. Then make holes in the foil with a knife. Now put the pan in the oven, 170ºC for 1h. When ready, take them and clean the salt. Use a knife to peel the potatoes while they are still hot because we'll mash them still hot to avoid it getting sticky. Use a potato masher, then spread over a table to make it cool a little. A pinch of salt, and then grated Parmesano cheese. Now, how to make your gnocco, use any good video. There are many, many good ones. The tomato sauce: buy a glass of tomato puree (know that 400g is enough sauce for 2 people); or you can prepare it yourself. Many good videos teaching. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. The cheese: Fior di Latte. If you can't find it in your country, then use buffalo mozzarella, but know that this is used in Italy only in celebrations of holy days. The problem with this kind of cheese is that it contains too much water, so we need to get rid of it. Slice the cheese in thick slices, then cut in cubes. Move it to a strainer, pressing the cheese with your hand to remove the water. Time to saute our gnocco. In a fridge, put 1 soupspoon of butter. Add some torn leaves of basil (2-3 are enough). Add the portion of gnocchi. Saute it for a while, then add some tomato sauce. Continue sauteeing. When the gnocchi starts to absorb the sauce, add a bit of dry fior di latte cut in cubes, and then more grated Parmesano cheese. Finish sauteeing, but don't for too long to avoid the fior di latte to get too stringy. Add a pinch of black pepper. E voilà! It's ready to serve. Ciao!

Oh I'm glad you like how Nyotengu turned out *_* Germans have a lot of trouble to say Gnocchi , there are like 5 variants and all sound wrong XD Thanks for sharing the recipe, makes me very hungry O_O
