Oh this is really bloody cool Dandon, firstly, you just start right away drawing the eyes with no construction sketch? That's extremely impressive. And secondly, I love the style of this sketch, the shading has this great smoky texture to it, that and drawing/painting looks great anyway, just get a load of that furrowed brow, intense eyes, sculpted beard and powerful neck muscles, phwooaarr! XD

EPIC! Hanzo has a very ink-like effect, between the solid lines that taper out and the dark shading brushed on with watered-ink. Looks very cool. And fitting for the man- you make him look good. ;) How'd you find Procreate to use? (At first I thought the title was Hanzo's actions expecting to see a special appearance of Mercy, and not the name of the program used hehe XD )

And I think it is great that you never settle in your art, but explore and experiment to continually flourish. Even if it as simple as the twinkle in a characters eye- ;) ( And just noticed the waifu tag. Hahaha )

that's really great Dandon :) Can you tell how long the whole process took you in real time ? and what is the reason that you draw 1st sketch, lighten it and draw another on the top ? Love it, keep going ! ♡

I guess it took about 1 hour. The sketch is on the layer below my lineart layer. Lighten the sketch helps me to create the lineart. :)
