My goodness, this is absolutely glorious! :O This is one hell of a batch to start the year off with, I'm absolutely gobsmacked! *_* Mel looks so regal in this! All that white, yellow, and gold compliment her skin tone so well, she's positively glowing! *_* I love how you mimicked part of Arcane's artstyle with that highlight on her eye socket as well. Those eyes and those cheekbones look so good too! And her hair... you did so well creating that texture, and the glow and blur adds so much depth! You did such an amazing job, I can't wait to watch you paint her! *_* Gosh, so many new wallpaper possibilities for me this month too! *_*

Oh this is positively gorgeous! I really love the overall warm feel of this piece with the softly lit background with it's gold and cream colours. The colours of the character herself are beautiful, particularly the contrast between her dark skin and cream-white clothing which looks so striking. I really like her pose too, she's subtly dynamic with the slight lean to her body as she sits back, with her hips and shoulders at opposing angles and the asymmetry in her arms. There's something so coy and sexy about the way she turns her head as she looks at us and I like how her finger traces across her chin (her arm squishing into her breast is a fun little sexy touch too). Her figure looks wonderful too as her closed thighs accentuate her hips, while the way the dress sinks between her legs looks so sensual and sexy. The rendering is as magnificent and full of detail as ever! I love the lighting on her hair and how it softly and smoothly bathes the sides of the hair, with a gradient towards the darker central tones for a smooth contrast. The detail and texture of the strands is fantastic, there's so much there with all of those little twisting, rippling folds running through the hair, all individually rendered with little shadows separating them. I adore the dress and gloves with that smooth, creamy colour and texture to them. The indented lines on the gloves and breasts looks great and adds even more definition to those areas. I also really like the subtle transparency on the sleeve over her lower wrist, it's like the bright light shining on it makes it transparent and lets us see the silhouette of her wrist, a really great and cool detail. The dark patterns on the trim of the bra section and under her breasts also looks really nice with it's different texture and how it wraps around her waist and further defines her. I especially love the material sinking between her thighs, with it's smooth, rippling folds as it bunches up, looks so beautiful and has a gorgeous texture. The various black straps on her chest also have this lovely subtle shine to them and I like how the hoop is tinted different colours from both the bright lighting and the colour of her nearby hand. And of course all of the various golden pieces throughout look exquisite with their overlapping shapes as they rest on her skin and their own lustrous shine. Her actual skin tones and body look so gorgeous too! I just adore her hands with the bright white lighting contrasting so well with her dark skin. The overlapping shapes on the back of her left hand really pop thanks to this contrast in tone. Her thighs are just beautiful too, I love the soft lighting in the centre of the thighs and how it so smoothly blends out into the darker tones around them, while the bright edge-lighting is just such a great contrast and adds such wonderful volume. Her face is very beautifully done too, I especially like the subtle yellow tones mixed into her cheek, as well as that shadow that runs alongside it, giving her these regal, raised cheekbones. The bright edge-lighting on the other side of her face is of course very striking and I really like the colours and tones of her nose too, the definition of it is very cute and it's own little edge light really makes it pop. Her greenish eyes stand out very well against her dark, warm skin tones and her lips have such a lovely, luscious texture with the thin line of light on the lower lip contrasting well against the darker tones above and below it. Really beautiful work on this piece! Beautiful Mel! She makes a superb contrast with Emma Frost. Both together are like a gelato di stracciatella (my favorite when I was a child) - cream with chocolate shavings. Meravigliosa!

Mel is absolutely illustrious in her elegance and beauty. The decadence of character shines through here in all the tiniest of touches- Love the gold against her gorgeous skin and the pearl whites to hold her close and the small translucent touch to her sleeves; the glimmer of gold that sparkles across her face beneath her alluring green eyes, and how her hair coils upon her head with its golden bands like it dare not move a hair from place. The heavenly glow to the background, soft and pearlescent as Mel holds herself true, composed and a natural wonder of beauty and charm, and sharp of mind and wit. Divine. So damn divine. I saw this and I went to pour my hot chocolate! Oh I've been sooo waiting for this! Mel Medarda imo is where character design peaked in modern animation and you translated all that so well in your art. Just as with the other characters from the show, I love how you used Arcane's art style mixed with your iconic Dandonfuga flair. I don't even know where to look first, her hair, her face, her regal attire or her beautiful thighs. This is yet another masterfully crafted artwork from you where every detail stands out. I like that you drew her in standing position leaning onto her desk and her back centered towards the window. The way her chocolate skin reacts to the lighting, it really feels like it was molded to look perfect. It's especially prevalent with her face. I was also curious to see how her hair would turn out and you did an impressive job with it! Especially in regards to lighting. Her royal attire is also so gracefully done! The gold looks so majestic on her gorgeous skin with her creamy white dress overlapping her body forms. Her chest area is beautiful with the black straps/net connecting with nicely defined breasts by patterns on the dress. The light shining through her transparent sleeve is also a nice touch. And ohh, the entire waist-thighs section is just marvelous! Mel's legs look so alluring and juicy with that delicious skin! They're also as thick and voluptuous as they should be, enough to make her mother proud. My favorite part is the creases of her abdomen protruding out of the area that she modestly covers with her dress. This character just irradiates elegance and you've really captured her essence! It was really interesting to see you take on such a complex character and as always you delivered an astonishing result! And I guess you really enjoyed working on it. Considering how you ignored the polls and finished the piece so quickly, you must have really wanted to draw her and had some sketches ready. Anyways, I'm looking at it thinking...Jayce must be the luckiest bastard in LoL universe, but I guess he's not the only one who gets to see Mel Medarda naked. I'm very excited to see the rest of her jewelry :D Thank you for this piece Dandon! It really made my day! It's just the first month of the year and there's already an artwork that will surely end up as one of my favorites of 2022!
