Oh well, I'm not even mad I got played like a fool hahaha *_* And oh god, Dandon, you're killing me giving her that stare paired with that expression hahaha. I know I always harp on about how much I love the way you draw eyes and your all your characters' expressions, but I just can't help reiterating it again in cases like these. There's so much emotion and character behind them that compliments the pose perfectly! I'm absolutely smitten, I can't stop staring into them! *_*

Yes! My vote won! 💙💙💙💙💙 You know purple is my favourite colour but I do love a good white-blue aesthetic too (as you can imagine, I love the white-blue suit Samus has in Metroid Dread 💙😹), with black hair here too, Satsuki is just looking absolutely amazing! Immediately, I adore her whole pose and demeanour, those gorgeous blue eyes looking our way is so alluring and I love how she gently brushes aside her hair. Her pose is so sensual too as she frames her breasts between her arms, letting them bunch up and squish together, while she accentuates her voluptuous hips with her gorgeous thighs crossing over. I really like how she leans to one side too, with her long hair sweeping out with an opposing curve, adding to her dynamism, as does the asymmetry of her arms. I also just realised I was wrong in my guess on the WIP about boobs or butt... in my defence, these boobs are being pushed up and together, similar to a pair of butt cheeks 😹 But back to the painting! This outfit is so sexy too, the blue trim goes really well with both her warm skin tones and the creamy, off-white colour of the rest of the material. I love the sensual tease with only the small panties between her rounded hips, while the blue straps wrap all over her, accentuating her shapes. Likewise the bra does a great job amplifying how sexy her breasts are, while giving them a nice little squish too. And like I said, I love her expression and the brushing of her hair, there's something so coy and alluring about that, utterly captivating 💙💙 The rendering and lighting are exquisite as always and I do adore how you paint black hair. The more white lighting on her right side is a great contrast to the black, while the more blue lighting on the other side adds a lovely bit of vibrancy. And there is just so much detail and texture throughout all of the hair, beautiful job! I really like the materials of her lingerie too, the creamy coloured parts are lovely and smooth, with soft blending of tone. While some of the blue strips have this shine to them with starker contrasts in lighting that pop well against the softer cream material. And then there's her body... my goodness... lighting like this is always my favourite, where there's a primary light source shining in from one side, causing stark, contrasting shadows on the opposing planes. It always makes the forms and shapes really pop and in this instance, having some lovely cool bounce lighting within the shadows accentuates everything even further while adding yet more gorgeous contrast. I really like the overall contrast across her thighs, with that pale, creamy coloured edge-lighting running down her left hip+thigh, as a cool, purple-tinted light runs down her right. Meanwhile both thighs have sections of soft, bright light running down their centre planes, spreading out into both subtle and starkly darker tones on both sides, perfectly defining the anatomy there. Her abs are absolutely stunning too, I love the soft lighting from one side, being framed by smooth shadows that weave between and wrap around them, perfectly accentuating their shapes. The overall contrast between her brightly lit left hip+waist and the shadows shrouding her right side is once again gorgeous. Her breasts benefit perfectly from the lighting as well, with those bright spots of light in their centre, smooth shadows wrapping around them and defining them. And for extra definition, the shadow cast down on the breasts from above also does a great job too, with it's sharper edges contrasting well with the other, smoother shadows. And lastly, her face is absolutely divine! I love the divide between soft, warm light on one side and darker shadows on the other. The thin dark tone and edge-lighting wrapping around her left cheek is a great touch too, defining that area with the edge-light making it pop even more against the black hair. Her lips have a lovely shine too and I like the subtle bit of cool-lighting on one side against the overall pinkish colour. And then there's those eyes.. goodness they are so captivating and beautiful! 💙💙💙💙💙 Absolutely stunning work on this piece, Dandon! I daresay that your alluring, sensual, voluptuous and captivating Satsuki may well end up being my favourite painting of this month! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 I can't wait to see the reward files for her, I'm especially excited to see her beautiful face with whatever other expressions you cook up for her. An unusual take on this character I might say. Satsuki is almost always portrait with a brassy (sometimes even intimidating) tone, but here she seems more restrained, like she is a bit shy for some reason. The position of her right arm, her face expression and the little tilt her head is doing gives the impression that she is trying to hide from us. Maybe I'm just overanalyzing things, but I wonder if this is what you had in mind while painting this one. haha Since your last Satsuki artwork had her in a more dominant pose, I think its perfectly valid to try something different this time around. Nothing less than phenomenal, truly! I wish my words would suffice, but this stands out as the best of Satsuki art that words cannot match. I adore her, that much I know. O how she is cute. I love to see her softer, more vulnerable side, and delivered with aplomb; such is the power of her expression and body language. And you know, for all I adore your art, I adore the superpower of yours when it comes to faces; a beautiful dance of realism and anime, strikingly capturing her appearance (albeit a little less frowny). It's unmistakably her, those daring blue eyes beneath her heavy-inked eyebrows and silky straight hair (and her face shape too.) I love that you've taken her further than just angry Satsuki and delivered a superb pinup, a woman seeking more than a fight to win... Perhaps a woman to conquer. :3 Plus, love those gloves!
