O. O Megusta Dandon. Thats some another excellent piece! She looks really well as a gladiatorix, will there be also a version without that "war paint" on her cute face :)? Oh you are starting off February strong! Both figuratively and very literally with such a beautifully toned and muscular lady as this 😻😻😻😻😻. When I opened this update and saw the painting, I absolutely said "Wow!" out loud 😸 Starting off, I like the background quite a bit, the colour tones are fairly similar overall but some strong contrasts in light and dark keep it visually interesting, but it's not so overpowering that it distracts from the magnificent spectacle in the foreground. As for Riven herself, I really like her pose here which beautifully accentuates her muscles, having her holding the chain with her arm slightly bent to activate her shoulder and bicep for example, while her rock hard abs are perfectly displayed with this incredible lighting. The strong arch to her back with her breasts pressing forward while the contours of her bum protrude out in the opposite direction, with her thighs parting below are all such sensuous sights. And there's something about how she gazes off into the distance that I find quite captivating, perhaps she spies her next victim for a thrashing 😹 (I haven't played LoL, but based on her figure, the chain and the great huge sword, I'm assuming that Riven is quite the ass-kicker!) The rendering in this piece is truly something else... I barely know where to begin with this one. At a glance it seems quite simple since there's so little in the way of clothing or accessories for her, but what we do see here is given so much love and attention! Take her sword for example, you have the metallic ring at the end of the hilt, the leather wraps running down the hilt with a couple of them dangling down above her fingers with quite the intricate looking pommel at the top with it's own multiple overlapping planes. The base of the blade and sword itself look insanely detailed with the rough, dulled metal texture, nicks and gouges all over it while the bright white areas along the brightest edges really pop against the dark-greys and bring the weapon to life. The green runes in the blade too look amazing with variations in tone and lighting that shine out and affect her abs and thigh. And the aforementioned pommel looks so good! I just love the little rim-lights and cast shadows that show the overlapping, cascading sections, as well as the shine of the metal ring and the strong contrast in light and shadow across it. I haven't even gotten to talking about Riven yet! 😹 But I'll continue to break my usual order and talk about her attire next. Once again, the dull metal of the chains around her waist and in her hand look terrific as each link connects with various light and dark tones defining them. I particularly like the green light shining onto the section close to the sword. The leather of the strap beneath her breasts as well as for her bracer along with the cloth for her clothes all have an amazing sense of texture to them with each of those textures all looking different! The nicks and scratches in her bracer are an excellent detail, as is how the wraps on that same arm as well as the belt beneath her breasts cast shadows onto her arm and body respectively (Also the waist-chain casting shadows onto her hip and loincloth... as well as the loin-cloth casting a shadow onto her pelvis... there's too much detail! 😹👏👏👏👏👏). I especially love the cloth sections with the folds where they cross over above her chest, as well as the section to the side of her right breast that runs underneath the leather strap and of course the folds running through her loin-cloth. The lighting across all of the cloth looks so wonderful too, particularly the loin-cloth with the light and shadow tones across the material, while the sword-runes once again casting a green tone onto the material covering her breasts looks amazing and really pops against the warm tones. And now at last I can talk about Riven herself! I'll try to be more general in my descriptions given how long it's already taken to get to this point 😅 As always, the hair is beautifully detailed and I really like how the hair that sweeps up from behind is separated by occlusion shadows from the hair on top of her head. And also, you know that I love me some white-haired ladies! 😻😻😻 Her face looks beautiful and although her eyes are a similar tone to her skin, the black paint around her eyes lets the whites pop out so her eyes are still quite striking. I also love how her face is divided down the middle into light and shadow sides, with core-shadows along the centre of her chin. And lastly for this general area, I appreciate her hair casting a shadow that runs down her eye, that extra dark tone popping out even more against the light, while the rim-lights across her neck really accentuate her anatomy there and create another striking contrast. The rim-lighting across the entirety of her upper half is fantastic, one section that I particularly like is her right shoulder. Her big, toned deltoid area really pops out from the skin tones of her breast/chest, while your excellent use of shading really details all of the incredible musculature of her arm. The transition from deltoid to tensed bicep with a hint of the twisting muscles in her forearm all leave me thinking "Phwooooaaaarrrr!!!!! 😻😻😻😻😻". Her fingers too also look marvellous detailed with the shadows defining the plane changes while the rim-lights let the forms pop, this praise applies to both of her hands! Her breasts too are just gorgeous and I love the cast shadow running along the inside of her left breast with the smoothly blended skin tones to the side of it. Likewise, her right breast is beautifully defined and I love the way it overlaps the leather strap with a clear sense of volume and weight to each breast, giving them a more natural shape. And then we come to the highlight of the piece... those absolutely outstanding and perfectly painted abs! The rim-lights all pop so wonderfully against her skin tones, while I love how there's a green tint to the lights that are closest to the sword, with the green fading as the light shines further away which is an amazing detail! The rim-lights together with the occlusion shadows and hard edges all make those rock-hard and rippling muscles pop so sensationally and I can not deny... I am in love! 😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻 Forcing myself to look away from the masterpiece that are Riven's abs, her thighs too look terrific and I like the more subtle lighting on her right thigh/hip since it allows the softer rim-light on the inside of her thigh and pelvis to pop more. Also the little tease of skin between her thigh/hip and the loin-cloth as well as how the lighting defines the muscle plane changes is so sexy! I mentioned before that I enjoy the green rim-light on her left thigh, looking more closely at it, I see that the sword casts a shadow that wraps over her thigh, defining it's shape while only the rim-light within the cast-shadow is tinted green. Yet another fantastic detail 😸. It's so hard to end this comment since I keep seeing new things that I love while also fearing that i didn't give other areas enough attention (seriously, her right shoulder/bicep are so beautiful!). Suffice to say, Dandon, you have started February perfectly with this painting, I am utterly enamoured with your Riven 😻😻😻😻😻 So rather unsurprisingly I have to ask, can we perhaps see a nice fluffy version for her? A voluminous white bush is always fun 😉. My favourite fur that you've painted has to be for Red Sonja last month (so fluffy! 😻😻😻) and I'm tempted to request that again, but I would hesitate because firstly, I don't want to be cheeky 😅 and secondly, I don't want to be selfish and I imagine not everyone wants to see that, so I'd want to be sparing with that request in case you make another painting where I feel like the Red Sonja bush would be better 😹 (Suffice to say, if it were up to me, all of your pinups would have big Red Sonja bushes! 😹). That was a long tangent... So I'll at last end by saying, outstanding and spectacular work on this absolute masterpiece! 💜👏💜👏💜👏💜👏💜👏💜👏💜 PS, adding this on as a response to you from the January Artworks post. You're very welcome, Dandon! I'm glad you didn't mind the length of the comment 😹 The thought of having you paint two pinups for Ada and Claire is almost too much to handle! A worthy opponent for Red Sonja. Dost thou even hoist. She is ripped. I don't know much about LoL, mobas aren't my type of games so I don't have much to say. Though her hair and tan do remind me a lot of the Rosa Round-Bottom Follower mod for Skyrim.

Gladiator Riven was such a badass in that Awaken video and you certainly capture her in absolutely stunning fashion. Can't wait for her to go hardcore gladiator mode like they did, naked and sweaty... maybe oiled too! &lt;3 Her muscular body and confident pose just making every male around pause to admire. Count me in her ring and I'll be cheering her on! I'm amazed that you started with Riven as she didn't quite appeal to me when I started. My first main was the busty bombshell redhead Miss Fortune. With your goddess like abilities with redheads, I hope someday you'll consider doing the busty Miss Fortune with her curvaceous physique or Katarina with her toned form and body tattoos! We all knew you can draw sexy ladys with abs etc ^^ so I want to take the opportunity to say something about the way you do the lightning from the glyphs. Look at that, it's amazing, the way it shines on her abs, pretty awesome. This could be maybe the best part of the art. I always appreciate pretty looking lighting, and this one is some of these. Overall you improved you skill in color selection. You proved it in your last batches, did amazing contrasts and eye catcher. Like this glyphs. Pretty pretty awesome &lt;3 thank for this. And it would be great to see Kassandra ;)

Seeing Riot’s cinematic already made lose my mind when I saw how amazing Riven looked in it but you just made my wish come true X_X She’s the character I really hoped to see you draw above all one day and it seems like the time has come, and god was it absolutely worth the wait!! As you lay your eyes on the scene that unfolds before you, an intense blast of heat and strength fills the air, mixed among the mist of sand and pain filled sweat. Such a blazing inferno of violence is yet a common show in noxian arenas! And as blood taints the golden sand like a red carpet, the pleasured screams of the crowd nourish this ever-growing fire even more. But today sure is a different day, for a certain warrior seems to stand out from the usual entertainment fodder. As the thick cloud of sand dissipates, sharp hair as silvery as the shiniest sword catches your attention and cascades around the gladiator’s cheeks like a hail of blades. Enclosed in this helm lies the deadliest and most beautiful face you have seen around. No doubt possible now it’s Riven, vanishing in a streak of black paint lies a pair of vigorous brown eyes that gazes at the distance while what appears to be the beginning of a smile gives her such a confident and provocative expression! Having her weapon stuck into the ground alongside her towering pose perfectly highlights Riven’s strong aura and also makes you realize its inhuman size! It is too big to be called a sword. Too big, too thick, too hea……..what do you mean I can’t put berserk references everywhere? *ahem* It really feels like she has the Guts… (ok last one I promise) to take any battle heads on! Her blade is calling for combat as its runes glow with raging emerald light, ready to unleash its full power. And as if strength itself was made flesh, the weapon’s master is as intimidating and deadly! Escaping and rebelling against the shackles of captivity, a strong hand grasps its cold chains and a muscular and hard arm gives us a first taste of Riven’s strong body! Fingers and nails tainted by the dry and harsh ground of the battlefield hold the marks of a thousand battles while a worn-out bracer is the only thing she was left with as a protection for the upcoming one (this arena may not be a fan of tanky riven builds after all)! But a fully exposed arm surely does not make her look more vulnerable. Sweaty and contracted muscles pulsing with brute force strike you at each attempt to look at them as her skin color adds even more definition to them! At that point I could honestly write an “Ode to Riven’s right arm” given how perfectly you drew it, the muscle definition is absolutely fantastic and the two scars on her powerful deltoid show even more care for detail! All of this is just too amazing X_X *Serious voice starts again* After an extasy caused by a glimpse of what heaven looks like, the lack of protective gear strikes back (seriously blessed be these arenas). With nothing but simple pieces of cloth to contain her generous chest, our eyes are blessed by a delightful side view while her breasts overlap on top of the leather belt used to maintain this makeshift bra. Such a well thought detail allows them to be perfectly shaped in this thin fabric and seeing the different stretched folds adds a sense of weight that only accentuates their greatness! *Takes a look at her stomach*……Oooookay looks like there are more things to add to that ode! And as a rain of burning sunlight engulfs the arena, its beams come crashing down on Riven and saturate themselves with all her abdominal muscle’s strength before splashing the whole scene with it! A scar standing in the middle of this battle of elements acts as yet another witness of her violent combats and a green gleam cast by the runes of her blade finishes dazzling whoever might be tempted to stare at this otherworldly view for too long (I’m pretty much blind at this point then). The cold chain belt is going to be the closest thing to a moment of respite you’ll get once you realize that a small piece of fabric is the only thing covering her…. Ultimate area (league sure is inspiring)! Her panties appear to be way too short and the portion of unveiled skin between the thighs and the fabric is a tease made in heaven! Athletic hips and thighs offer one last slice of paradise as the narrator feels that this comment is becoming way too long and turns the screen black and white! *I have been slain* There was way too much things I wanted to say about this artwork of yours so it probably ended up being a huge mess but hopefully my amazement can still be felt ^_^ You always manage to make the characters you draw look even better than the original ones and Riven couldn’t be a more appropriate example, I honestly don’t have the words to tell you how perfectly you drew her face and that godly body of hers! She is my favorite character and thanks to you I just found my favorite painting of her! This just made my whole month, I still cannot believe I’m looking at such a masterpiece, just…. thank you so much Dandon ;_;
