Vince got this one right, Eric Bana was in Black Hawk Down and Lone Survivor. He was never in Marvel’s Shield, BUT he did play the incredible HULK in a 2003 movie before the MCU was a thing. It wasn’t very good, but it did have some cool moments.

Troy is in western Anatolia (modern Turkey) across the Aegean sea from Greece. That entire region of the eastern Mediterranean is filled with crazy stories. Alexander the great stopped at the sight of Troy to give homage to Achilles when Alexander invaded the Persian Empire. Achilles was a major inspiration for Alexander. Once a city was sacked vince the population would typically be sold into slavery or integrated into the Victor's army. Not every conquering army was this ruthless but most of the time this happened. Assault and murder sadly. Especially if the siege was grueling for the attackers.

This is in my top 3 movies, was one of the first blu ray dvd's i ever bought years ago to. Great movie. Few things though, this was the bronze age not medieval times, also according to some sources it is believed that the people who survived troy and escaped (paris etc) went on to settle the lands and create the city of Rome.
