You say "they" when talking about white people back in those days, so don't say "we/us" when talking about black people from back in those days, it had nothing to do with you, you're in 2023, you're not a slave.

Guess what? He probably says “they” when speaking specifically about white people today and “we/us” when speaking specifically about black people today; as the majority of humans do when navigating discussions based on race. Billions of white people today can relate to things white people thought & experienced all throughout human history. Ask yourself why it’s such a problem for you if/when a black person sympathizes/empathizes on this level, buddy?😅
