so happy you watched this movie. granted, its a bit of a shame that you had to watch the dub but this dub isnt too bad compared to other english dubs ive seen. lol. im glad you enjoyed it. Korean archers were super accurate back in the day. A lot of them were more skilled archers than they were swordsmen, if i recall. Thats not to say that they were bad swordsmen, just that they were significantly more skilled in archery. And that hasnt changed. haha. if you like, you can also check out the korean olympic archery teams, both the men and women's teams. I think since the Olympics added archery as an event, Korea's women team have consistently won the gold up until the most recent olympics.

so to help you out, yi sun shin's ship was supposed to be the actual turtle ship but he had to go to battle without it being completely repaired/finished, i believe. (if you remember the scene where one of his captains (the one captain that tried to start a mutiny) burned yi's ship during the repair and tried to escape via small boat but was shot down by that other captain in that particular scene during the battle, the old repair guy was yelling that the turtle ship was reborn/alive again. and you saw the illusion of the turtle ship. so while yi sun shin's ship wasnt complete, the people (enemies and the peasants saw the spirit of the turtle ship. and now the ending of the movie shows the actual completed/repaired turtle ship barreling down towards the rest of the japanese ships. hopefully, that answers your question. sorry if the comment sounds a bit muddled
