If you all haven't seen it yet I highly recommend watching the documentary that these interviews come from. The documentary is called We Stand Alone Together. It's really quite good and you get to know the surviving members of easy company a bit better.

yeah also tuskegee airmen is really great and if you do sports movies id suggest 42 the jackie robinson story amazing biopic with the late chadwick bozeman

Thanks for sharing your journey with us.. Was really great reliving the series through you.. I was probably right around your age when first seen this as well and it's stuck with me ever since.. "and Grandpa said, no but I served in a company of heroes".. man.. gets me every time.. 😢❤

I highly recommend you watch the "unofficial episode 11" which is the 1 hour documentary of Easy Company called "We Stand Alone Together" -- it is available on YouTube. This documentary is where they pulled all the interviews with the old men at the beginning of each episode. It is all the men telling their stories and show real pictures and shows the reunions they had every year after the war, etc. It is really good and kind of pulls it all together.

The guy with the Adolf hitler thing, was a normal soldier, probably of his security services. Hitler killed himself in a bunker. I'm excited to watch the Pacific with you guys :)
