Gus realized Jesse’s been compromised and he’s been working with Walt and probably deduced that they set a trap for him. But I also like to think Gus has a kinda instinct/sixth sense kinda thing, some almost metaphysical part of him, that eventually gets overshadowed by his hatred for Hector. Maybe his only blind spot.

It's going to be crazy to see how Gus becomes the CEO of Vaught. I'm pretty sure Walk created compound V. It's got that signature blue color!
