This movie was released in 1993 which was a stacked year for movies with Schindler’s list and Philadelphia all coming out that year so competition was pretty stiff, but still an absolute wonderful performance from Leonardo DiCaprio

The new movie request thing for April 1st was pretty misleading I thought it was just first come first serve in the actual post starting at 12, but y’all didn’t focus on the fact you have to change your membership and pay $200 just to be eligible.

They filmed this movie in and around where I live in Austin Texas. I recognize many of the places. Love this movie. They have that water tower fenced off in Manor because so many people tried to climb it like Leo.

Haven’t seen this movie in a while so it was nice to rewatch. The winner here is Mary Steenburgen. She was banging Johnny Depp, killed her husband, collected the insurance money, then dipped out with a mic drop.

I think it can be hard talking directly about the prices. I don't think you pay $200 just to be eligible, you only pay that amount if you are actually getting the perk. You can always try to garner support in the comments for your favorite movie and they will watch it for free! Your comment is good feedback though in my opinion. In future you can start a conversation with me or anyone in the comments if things are unclear. The price has gone up because so many people are interested, which is basic supply and demand. Any business that has more demand than they can supply should increase their prices. Another way to view the $200 amount: you are getting two people to spend two hours, which is $50/hour each. That's not including the upload time and equipment costs. I personally live in a very high cost of living city where $50/hour is not a high amount. Which movie would you have requested?

by eligible I just mean to participate in the contest. I don't particularly have a problem with the price I just thought the description of "first come first serve" in the post was too good to be true which I was right after finding out the price to participate. I haven't seen many people react or even know about the movie King Kong (2005) and they already reacted to the other monsterverse movies so that was my request in the comments which came second to first after 12am if first come first serve actually applied on that post.
