There is something weirdly wholesome about one of you getting to share such a graphic and horrifying/ultra-hilarious experience with the other. Obviously Vince's "Here it comes" faces are top tier and state of the art but the discussion at the end...it's different to a degree--for one of you it's brand new and for the other it's a second viewing and a new perspective/lens through which to see what you may have missed the first time 'round. If that makes sense. Amazing as usual guys, stay awesome😁🙃🫠🙃😁 P.S. Uhhmm..it's The Boys, Shoshana. "Having seen it all" will essentially stop existing at a certain point with this show. 🤣

I LOVE how they address the reality of saving a crashing plane in mid-air. It’s not so easy as Superman makes it look. He can’t just fly outside and lift the plane from underneath. He would punch a hole right through it. There are some really good discussions about this online, from people with engineering and aeronautics backgrounds. Most seem to agree that it’s almost impossible to save the plane. Some have offered a few solutions, but it’s very tricky and you would need a good understanding of how planes work. Homelander does not have that kind of superhero experience. The most he’s ever done is fly in and kill all the bad guys. He’s probably never had to do any real physical work to save people. And at the end of the day, he just didn’t care enough to even try. He knew his reputation was at risk once he fried the cockpit controls. Such a terrifying scene! Gave me chills the first time I watched.

It made me think of the scene in Iron Man 3 and then I thought to myself " Yeah, it's ridiculous movie stuff that if he tried it in the reality The Boys is set, it wouldn't just work out like that, it's more complicated than that"
