Katsuki was grinding his teeth. “This isn’t fair, I’m your pet, I should be allowed to take the exam with you!”

“There, there!” Izuku pats his head, trying to calm down the angry blonde. His efforts seemed to work.

Midoriya had reported their situation for their health exam. It was a part of the rules that the students were broken up in different areas so they couldn’t rely on friends for the exam. Not that it was perfect since they used a student’s schools to break them up in different areas. Gear was allowed if requests were properly filed, and procedures followed. “What about your other pet, he should help you!?”

Even if he couldn’t he wanted someone to be there for Izuku, and it REALLY killed him that he couldn’t. “He’s busy…”

Toshinori was currently in the observation room, standing among the many teachers and faculty of UA. ‘Young Midoriya…’ He was also worried about the boy, but showing up as Izuku’s pet would cause too much of a scene. Had he known about the exam, he’d have thought up a way to be there for him, he had a disguise he could use...though it made him look like a villain.

‘I can’t rely on All Might’s power to win.’ Izuku thought. Bakugou pouted, if there was one thing he hated it was being powerless.

“It’s not fair!” He grumbled.

“Maybe, but we’ve seen first hand that not all battles are fair, quirk match ups are a thing, some quirks are just not effective against others.” Izuku balled his hands into fists. “I’m not giving up, even if I’m at a disadvantage I’m gonna do my best!”

“Are you taking this seriously!” A tall boy with glasses stood up, turning to look at them.

“Excuse me?” Izuku blinked in confusion.

“Who the hell are you?” Bakugou growled.

The boy adjusted his glasses. “I am Tenya Ida from Soumei Academy!”

“Soumei huh? That’s an elite school, is that why you got a stick up your ass?” Katsuki said with a wicked grin.

“How vulgar! You actually want to be a hero?” Ida was taken back by Katsuki’s foul mouth.

Izuku stepped up. “Kacchan will become a great hero!” He said proudly, making the blonde blush.

Ida adjusted his glasses again. “As I understand he is your pet, then as his master you should properly train him.”  Tenya pointed at Izuku. “His shortcomings and bad behavior reflect you as a master!”

“Ehh?” The two tensed.

Katsuki began to shake with anger, finding some logic in what Ida said, but also finding it very annoying. “You two caused a commotion at the health exam, and during Present Mic’s explanation I could hear him grumbling and you mumbling!” His arms moved as he talked. “Some of us are here to take the exam seriously and work to become heroes. If you are just gonna disrupt and distract, you two should leave now!”

Boom! Bakugou’s hands sparked. “I’m gonna end you!”

Ida reeled back.

Izuku grabbed Katsuki by the collar. The greenette put on a “nice” face, but if you looked closer you could see him twitching in annoyance. “I’ll discipline Kacchan when I feel he deserves it, or when he wants it.” The blonde shivered. “I’ll also you have you know, we are both very serious about this exam and getting into UA. We will become heroes, but we also shall enjoy life along the way.”

Midoriya raised a hand, green ooze forming in his palm. “If you wish to question my methods as a master, you should experience them first. I’ll help you get that stick out of your ass and replace it with something more fun!”

The look on Ida’s face was priceless. His cheeks got really red, so did his ears, and his glasses fogged up. He stumbled back almost robotically.

Katsuki snickered, having to hold a hand over his mouth to hide his smirk and muffle his laughter.

Midoriya’s confidence was really hot, and Ida’s whole body language was a riot. ‘Holy crap, holy crap, holy crap, why did I say that?’ Internally Midoriya was having a bit of a freak out. He knew why, Ida was digging into his pet and his skills as a master, it brought his dom out to put the bluenette in his place. His words were no idle threat either, he’d put a collar on him and show him what kind of master he is. The guy was so stiff and uptight, he could use a trip into sub space and relax. ‘I shouldn’t have snapped, I don’t even know this guy, he doesn’t know me either, but agh!!!’

He wasn’t used to standing up for himself, which is why Katsuki usually did it for him, but standing up for others, he sometimes acted without thinking. Bakugou was loving it.

The blonde pulled his master out of his internal mental spiral. “Fuck I love you!”

Izuku smiled. “Love you too!” The two kissed, loving and passionate.

Just as Ida tried to collect himself, he became petrified by the passionate display of love before him. Katsuki was enjoying his kiss, but also sneakily shot Tenya a middle finger, some icing on the cake.

Much to Ida’s embarrassment his loins got stirred. “Gah!” He covered himself and walked off.

The two shared one final kiss, before they had to part and go to their respective sites. “Give ‘em hell!” Izuku ran his fingers through the blonde’s hair.

Katsuki smirked. “Show them what you can do master!” One more kiss for the road.

The two rested their foreheads against each other before setting off.

‘It’s fine, what are the chances I’ll see that Iida guy again…’ He arrived at the site and there was Tenya. ‘Damn it!’ His luck sucked!

There were 27 sites used in this exam, the main 26 were used by the applicants vying for entry into UA, the 27th being used by those who received recommendations for UA. ‘Of all the exam sites he just had to be on mine.’

Ida wasn’t looking amused either. ‘Should I apologize…’ He looked over at Tenya and their eyes met.

“Don’t speak to me, I’m trying to focus on this exam!” He said before turning his back to Izuku. Midoriya twitched in annoyance.

Ohhhh Izuku wanted to collar him so bad, he’d make Tenya a toy, he’d be the first toy but oh they’d enjoy breaking him in.

He sighed and tried to focus. ‘I do have one trick I can use, but I won’t be able to move after.’ He’s just have to save it as a last resort. ‘According to the rules I don’t have to break the robot to get points I just need to restrain it, so that move might just work.’ Feeling a touch more confident Izuku felt he was ready...but...

The exam began without warning and the applicants were off.

This was going on a points system Power Loader had crafted robots of different size and strength to serve as villains, 1 pointers were Easy Villains, 2 points were Medium Villains, and 3 pointers were Hard Villains, the 0 Pointer was seen as the Arena Trap.

Bakugou in his area was cutting loose, taking out his frustrations on the robots, even though they were just machines one almost felt sorry for them in the blonde’s war path.

Things were getting crazy in every arena. Some quirk holders thought they were lucky fighting robots as that meant they didn’t have to worry about hurting anyone. So many of them weren’t holding back not realizing the collateral damage they were causing. Every arena was being observed by the faculty of UA. ‘Good luck young Midoriya you can do this!’

Izuku stumbled upon a 1 Pointer. “Pet Whip!” He manifested the green ooze and lashed it out like a whip. The ooze solidified like his collars did, snagging the villain’s arms and restraining him. “Gotcha!”

“Merci!” Suddenly a beam came in and struck the villain.

“Hey!” Midoriya looked and saw a blonde boy with a belt.

“Bon, thank you for the assist, but it seems the point is mine! Farewell!” He darted off to get more points.

Izuku tried the same trick on a 2 pointer but, it was too big and strong for his whip to hold. Everyone was racking up the points fast, there were hardly any 1 pointers left. ‘This is bad what am I gonna do, what am I gonna do?’

The arena began to rumble as the zero pointer was let loose. Since it was so huge it sent many applicants running, and since it had no points most didn’t even try to fight it.

Izuku wasn’t focused on the enemy, he saw something far worse. Because of all the collateral damage there were some students trapped under rubble, some tripped and were hurt on the ground. Ida and the blonde boy who had the navel laser ran past people. “What are you doing?!” Izuku snapped.

They paused but that was enough. Midoriya unleashed his quirk collaring Ida and Aoyama. “Hey!”

“This is an order!” His collars glowed. “Help the people to safety!”

They were compelled to do so. ‘What is he doing?’ Tenya thought.

‘My word!’ Aoyama gasped.

The blonde fired his quirk and blasted the rubble away allowing people to get up and run. Those that couldn’t were swiftly picked up by Ida. He used his quirk Engine to race around and collect fallen applicants. ‘Why is he doing this we are in the middle of an exam...if this was…’ Tenya’s eyes widened. ‘This exam...I hadn’t...I didn’t…’

He wasn’t the only one.

Some applicants were taking this exam too lightly, yes these were mock battles to test those wishing to enter the hero course. Yes they were using robots in a man made arena with the city structure used as back drop. The way many used their  quirks in this situation was problematic, had it been a real situation they’d get in trouble for the property damage they caused. Heroes had to be careful with how they acted.

They took for granted this was a test, ignoring those they saw as rivals in the heat of the moment. The zero pointer was getting closer. Izuku’s eyes scanned the area looking for anyone else in trouble, he saw a girl trapped under some rubble and the zero pointer was barreling towards her. “Ida get the girl!” He commanded.

“We can’t make it...huh?”

Izuku raised his hands to his throat. ‘I don’t know if this will work, but it’s all I have!’ The green ooze warped around his throat. “Master Control: Limit Release...go beyond Plus Ultra!”

He set the collar with the simple command, defeat the 0 pointer. His body pulsed as his collar took hold of him, his eyes faded out as the auto pilot mode engaged. Izuku burst out of his shoes, cracking the ground as he raced towards the giant obstacle.

Ida was compelled to obey Izuku’s command and rushed to save the brown haired girl.

Midoriya jumped at the massive behemoth, his pants ripping apart from the force he was exerting. His muscles flexed as he entered full limit release, his jacket and undershirt ripped off him as he entered what one might call a deathperation state.

With his limiter removed if only for a moment all the raw potential of Izuku’s body was released in this moment. “SMASH!” He threw a punch that shook the air, the massive robot was hit and not only was it’s head smashed, but the force of Izuku’s punch sent it flying back.

The collar broke and Izuku’s senses returned. “OWWWW!” His whole body was aching and sore, numb and sore, which wasn’t fair. He couldn’t feel his arms or legs, it was as if his body went to sleep to handle the recoil of what he just did. This might not have been a problem except he was now plummeting to the ground in his boxers, with no way to break his fall. The pain was his body actively pissed at what he just did.

‘Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap!’ He thought, tears spilling out as he got closer and closer to the ground. ‘I’m sorry...Kacchan….’

VROOOOM~

Tenya surged in catching Izuku in the air and using his strong legs to help break his fall. “Ida?”

The bluenette blushed. “Don’t get mistaken, I only saved you because the collar compelled me to.” While it was true the collars did have a protect thy master effect, Izuku’s temp collars he used in the exam broke when his master control collar did.

Izuku could have pointed out Tenya didn’t have his collar anymore, but the adrenaline wore off and he passed out.

The exam ended and recovery girl came out and helped treat Izuku. Thankfully nothing wasn’t broken it just felt like it was, his legs probably felt like his bones were made of broken glass and were trying to leave his leg all at once. Midoriya felt like there were knives in his side running from his shoulder down to his toes. The side that threw the punch felt the most pain.

His muscles and joints were stiff and sore, as if he’d just spent the whole day exercising with no breaks. Thankfully Recovery Girl was able to treat him.

Katsuki was called to collect him and bring him some pants. The blonde nearly had a panic attack when he was called to Recovery Girl’s office. “He’ll be fine, but make sure he doesn’t pull stunts like that again.”

“Yes ma’am!” He didn’t know what she was talking about, but he was gonna find out. News spread quickly about the boy who took out the 0 pointer, in all the arenas he was the only one to do so.

So the exam was over, the points were tallied and the top 10 results were as followed.

Katsuki Bakugou First Place 84 Villain Points 5 Rescue Points. Once the zero pointer was released, Katsuki took it on as a challenge, he didn’t bring it down but he slowed it down allowing some applicants to escape, so he got some rescue points for that. Total Practical Score 89!

Tenya Ida Second Place 52 Villain Points and 29 Rescue Points, total score 81! Ida was gonna be shocked when he got the news, feeling he hadn’t earned his rescue points since it had been by Midoriya’s power.

Izuku Midoriya Third Place 1 Villain Point 74 Rescue Points, total score 75!

Kirishima Eijirou Fourth Place 39 Villain Points and 35 Rescue Points for a Score of 74!

Ibara was in fifth with 36 Villain Points and 32 Rescue points for a total score of 68.

Kendo was in Sixth with 25 Villain and 40 Rescue, total score of 65!

Fumikage Tokoyami was in Seventh having 50 Villain and 10 Rescue Points for a total of 60!

Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu was in Eighth with 49 Villain and 10 Rescue points for a total of 59

Yosetsu Awase was Nineth with 50 Villain and 6 Rescue Points for a total of 56!

Ochako was in Tenth having 29 Villain Points and 25 Rescue Points, for a total of 54!

The results would be released soon.

Katsuki was walking with Izuku when a very tall and well-built young man came racing towards them “Oi!” He shouted.  “Are you the one with the pet quirk?”

“Yeah…” Katsuki got in front of Izuku, as if to guard him.

“Ahhh!” Inasa eyed Katsuki’s collar his cheeks burning red. “It really is you...so cool...so cool!”

“Ehh?”

Wham!

“Oi!” Inasa bowed so hard he slammed his forehead against the ground.

“Please!” He shouted. “Make me your pet!”
